Job descriptionCSR experience is required Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Join our growing team! A medical facility located in Jacksonville is seeking to hire a Patient CSR!
Shift : 7am-230pm & 10am-6pm
Schedule : Monday-Friday rotating weekends
Pay : $15-$16 DOE
Position Details :
- Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
- Providingpatient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
- Receive and process phone orders.
- identifying patients who have no ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
- Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to leadership.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts on business necessities and client requirements.
