Your opportunity

As a Full Stack Developer within Client Service & Support (CS&S), you will have the opportunity to develop internal web tools and automation solutions that directly enhance the client service experience for Schwab’s retail clients. Your work will empower the organization to operate more efficiently and deliver even greater value by optimizing workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enabling faster, more accurate responses to client needs. The web tools and automation you build will not only support frontline representatives, helping them champion every client’s goals with passion and integrity, but also drive the innovation that keeps Schwab at the forefront of the industry.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills who can contribute in a highly collaborative culture. The ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and reliable solutions is key to success in this role. By leveraging technology to streamline service processes, you will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction, improving retention, and supporting the core business of CS&S. This position is on-site 4 days per week.

What you’ll do :

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end and back-end code
• Critically review processes to increase efficiency and automate workflows
• Leads specialized functions such as intranet site construction, building support tools and monitoring systems in an effort to forecast possible client issues
• Proactively recognize strategic business opportunities and be willing to challenge traditional process with manager, colleagues, and business partners
• Work collaboratively with other peers across the network organization and successfully engage in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
