Position Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning processes, including the five-year strategic plan, monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual operating plan. This includes building and maintaining financial models and closely partnering with business operations to analyze data and make recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, finance and a strong technical aptitude that they can leverage to increase the productivity and efficiency of the FP&A group.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the five-year strategic plan, including changes and enhancements to account for evolving business requirements
- Supports the preparation and consolidation of the quarterly forecast which includes preparing detailed analysis by Center, Corporate Business and G&A functional department
- Supports the preparation and consolidation of the annual operating plan including P&L budgets by Center by segment, Corporate Businesses, G&A functional department budgets, and capital expenditure planning
- Supports the ongoing design, development, deployment and maintenance of new financial models and processes in the Adaptive Planning application
- Provides monthly reporting to the field, senior management and the board of directors
- Supports the analysis of financial and operational data using various structured and ad hoc analysis and reporting tools
- Leverage Adaptive Planning and other technology to drive consistency, efficiency, lower costs and improved service
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity for Adaptive Planning applications
Position Requirements
