Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Tax Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare Quarterly and Annual Worldwide Tax Provision and reporting process Prepare Federal Income Tax return workpapers and collaborate with external advisors Implement tax-saving strategies and improve efficiency in tax processes Required Qualifications 5 to 10 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in public accounting and 2 years in tax management preferred Experience in Financial Analysis, Auditing, and Sarbanes-Oxley Previous tax accounting responsibility and reporting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Competency with large integrated accounting systems and Microsoft Suite software, including Excel
