Director, Product Strategy

Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings has an opening for a Director, Product Strategy. This is a remote position; can work anywhere in the U.S. Travel required for 5-6 national trips per year.

Job Description :

• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance across the Biopharma Life Sciences portfolio.
• Partner with Product Managers and Market Insights team to lead comprehensive market assessments for new product opportunities and make prioritization recommendations to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Technology, R&D, Market Access, Clinical) across our Biopharma Life Sciences product portfolio, to own and evolve a tiered roadmap of high-impact product launches.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to drive partnership with our Biopharma Life Sciences business, to support timely and effective sales activation for key product launches.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions to evaluate success of new product launches post-launch and share lessons learned to embed best practices across organization.
• Measure and report on portfolio performance, assessing impact to revenue growth and profitability for key products.

Minimum Requirements :

Approximately 40 hours per week; salary range is $74,984 to $182,500 per year.
