Hours : Full-Time / 40 hours

Shift : Days, 1st Shift

Position Summary : The

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

PT or OT,

administers therapy services under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy

CHT certification (Certified Hand Therapist) is required

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with electronic medical charting

3-5 years clinical experience

Flexibility with scheduling
