CDL-A Flatbed Driver Training Program

As a recent CDL-A graduate or entry-level driver, you have the opportunity to embark on a comprehensive flatbed training program with Melton Truck Lines. This program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your career.

The program includes no-touch freight and flexible home time, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. To be eligible for this program, applicants must have a valid CDL-A license.

During your first year, you can expect to earn $65,000 to $75,000, with opportunities for three raises within the first year. In addition to your salary, you will receive up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement, comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k) retirement program, and per diem pay.
