Recruiter's Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Recruiter's Assistant to support our recruiting and client service operations. This role combines candidate recruitment, onboarding coordination, customer service, and client interaction, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems. The Recruiter's Assistant will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Assist recruiters in managing applicant pipelines and updating ATS / CRM systems.Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.Onboarding CoordinationPrepare and distribute onboarding materials.
Guide new hires through orientation processes and ensure compliance with company policies.Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records.Customer Service & Client InteractionServe as a point of contact for candidates and clients, providing timely updates and support.
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and problem solving skills.Build positive relationships with clients to support long term partnerships.Administrative & Computer SkillsMaintain recruiting databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and other HR software.Generate reports and metrics to support recruiting and client service initiatives.Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, HR support, or customer service preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, ATS / CRM systems).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment.Professional demeanor with a client focused mindset.Bilingual Spanish
