The pay range for this position is $21.00-$23.00 / hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individuals qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state. Reinders Inc. is looking for a Service Advisor at our Elm Grove, WI location who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service especially when it comes to warranty support and repair coordination.

What Youll Do : Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice for incoming service calls Gather key information to ensure fast and accurate service Verify warranty coverage eligibility and ensure proper documentation Process and track purchase orders for supplies and sublet services Work closely with the parts department to coordinate parts for repairs Review and process warranty claims daily Organize and manage defective parts returns and vendor requests Support company-wide warranty tracking and vendor warranty statuses

What You Bring : 25 years of customer service experience (automotive or service department strongly preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
