Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon - Private practice

Our practice is second to none. We are the largest private practice in the Milwaukee metro area with a young and vibrant group of surgeons. Our doctors practice full-scope OMFS with an emphasis on clinic-based procedures. We are currently seven doctors with six locations spanning Greater Milwaukee. This opportunity will provide the candidate with a completely busy schedule from day one with a massive referral base to support.

We believe in a strong camaraderie amongst our group of doctors. We work as a team to accomplish our goals and thus, are looking for an outgoing personality with a strong sense of teamwork. You will be supported in every aspect from the very beginning. We host multiple study clubs and many social events throughout the year to aid you in referral relationship building.

While many practices are static or selling to corporate entities, we continue to grow and expand our market share at a rapid pace. Most of the other available positions in Southeast Wisconsin are for corporate entities, although they are not advertised as such. A savvy practitioner will know that working as an employee for a DSO will seldomly deliver the satisfaction and autonomy of private practice.
