Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a scalable analytics strategy to provide actionable insights to sales leadership

Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while balancing mentorship and hands-on execution

Build and optimize advanced Power BI dashboards and predictive models for various sales metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling

Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and Python; experience with LLMs or AI applications is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and implementing SDLC best practices
