What You'll Do
As a Community Representative in Essex County NJ, you will :
- Develop, implement, and assess quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve monthly admissions goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Establish business partnerships through effective sales contacts and presentations.
- Maintain professional and clinical competence.
- Initiate and build relationships within internal and external departments to ensure effective communication with referral sources and internal customers.
- Update and maintain customer and competitor profiles, log daily call activity, and plan future customer interactions.
- Enhance knowledge of hospice services, customers, and referral sources.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree or professional license preferred.Minimum of three (3) years of sales, marketing, or provider relations experience, preferably in healthcare.Demonstrated ability to acquire clinical knowledge.Excellent communication skills.Valid state driver's license and auto insurance with unlimited access to a reliable vehicle.Perks
