We're a Tampa-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) that helps businesses handle IT so they can focus on their business. We support clients across legal, medical, manufacturing, and private equity industries.

We're looking for a Professional Services Team Lead to manage a talented group of five engineers delivering IT projects, migrations, and escalations. This is a working leadership role that blends hands-on engineering, team mentorship, and project management. You'll oversee project delivery, scheduling, and technical execution while coaching your team, ensuring documentation quality, and keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff to completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Professional Services Engineers
• Manage project scheduling, timelines, and customer expectations
• Oversee migrations, virtualization, and cloud deployments
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID
• Configure and manage firewalls, networks, and backup systems
• Ensure accurate documentation in ConnectWise, NinjaOne, and IT Glue
• Collaborate with Account Management and leadership on client initiatives

What You'll Need

• 5+ years in an IT or MSP environment, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox)
• Networking and firewall configuration (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco, Barracuda)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• MSP experience strongly preferred
