THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PUBLIC SAFETY RESPONDER

THE SCHEDULE :

Enjoy a consistent 12-hour rotating shift schedule with every other weekend off, providing a healthy balance between intense, hands-on work and the time to recharge and enjoy life outside of your role.

YOUR ROLE :

As a Public Safety Responder, you're not boxed into one specialty, you're cross-trained in police, fire, and EMS, making every shift a unique experience. Whether you're responding to emergencies, pursuing suspects, rescuing victims, or performing tactical fire and medical operations, you're constantly making impactful decisions. You're navigating high-stakes calls, driving emergency vehicles under pressure, and managing complex interpersonal situations. From conducting investigations and writing detailed reports to testifying in court or responding to fire alarms, you'll rely on sharp judgment, physical readiness, and a calm demeanor under stress.

OUR REQUIREMENTS :

Although not required, possessing a MOLES certification, having Firefighter I & II, or a Michigan medical license is preferred!
