Product Manager, RCM Eligibility

This position will be remote within the United States. Henry Schein One is transforming how dental practices operate with connected solutions that simplify administration and improve patient care. As a product manager on our RCM team focusing on eligibility, you'll play a key role in shaping products that help practices verify patient benefits, streamline claims, and reduce the administrative burden of insurance processing. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve cash flow for dental practices. Your work will directly support providers in getting paid faster and ensuring patients receive the care they need without unnecessary delays.

What you will do :

• Conduct customer research and interviews to understand user needs and uncover real-world challenges, and preferences to address complex problems
• Translate customer insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps that guide investment decisions
• Define and prioritize requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver product enhancements that provide measurable value to practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization - including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support - to bring products to market and ensure adoption
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
• Monitor payer trends, industry regulations, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and identify opportunities
• Learn from and be mentored by senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills

The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location / labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
