Job Overview :

Were seeking a disciplined, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive new business and connect homeowners and property managers with top-tier renovation, repair, and improvement solutions. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated closer who can manage a pipeline, conduct on-site consultations, and work in sync with our estimating and project management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

  • Pre-Qualified Leads Provided No cold calling required. Our marketing team supplies 1015 warm leads per week with confirmed appointments.
  • Work-Life Balance Calls may be scheduled on Saturdays, but youll have control over your calendar and can block out personal time.
  • High Earning Potential On-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000 annually, with a base salary and uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts.
  • Sales Consultations Evaluate property needs, present tailored solutions, and collect project details using an iPad-based system.
  • Site Visits Conduct on-site assessments, take accurate measurements, and document scope details for estimators.
  • Team Collaboration Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs.
  • Pipeline Management Maintain and track sales pipeline through our CRM and provide regular performance updates.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building Ensure consistent client communication and build strong relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • What Were Looking For :

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM platforms, and mobile tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document measurements and project scope clearly.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and passion for closing deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Tampa area.
  • Basic understanding of construction, remodeling, or property improvement services.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Commission : Uncapped; earn 50% at contract signing and 50% upon project completion
  • Lead Volume : 1215 pre-qualified leads weekly
  • Schedule Flexibility : Block personal time while maintaining sales performance
  • OTE (On-Target-Earnings) : $150,000 annually
