Hours : 80 hours per pay period, 2 p.m. 10 : 30 p.m., every other weekend scheduled

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct resident care during evening and weekend shifts.

Administer medications and monitor resident health.

Assist with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment.

Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in New York State .

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
