Job descriptionOne to two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant Familiarity with high volume sales in excess of $3 million annually Knowledge and passion for craft beer and cocktails Exceptional multi-tasking abilities Bonus potential paid out monthly 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas 80% of employee medical and 100% of dental and vision paid for by the company 401K and Short Team and Long Term Disability options Base salary of $65-$73K based on experience

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Orchestrate both on-site and off-campus charity and grassroots events and model being a good neighbor.
