Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Orchestrate both on-site and off-campus charity and grassroots events and model being a good neighbor.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
One to two years of management experience in a full-service restaurantFamiliarity with high volume sales in excess of $3 million annuallyKnowledge and passion for craft beer and cocktailsExceptional multi-tasking abilitiesRestaurant Manager Benefits
