Texas Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care, education, and support for medication adherence and disease management

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients

Utilize advanced telecommunications to maintain continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure

Must reside in Texas

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
