Job Summary

GuideStone is embarking on a bold new chapter in how we serve our ministry partners through Property & Casualty insurance. With over 107 years of trusted service, we are launching a proprietary insurance product designed to meet the unique needs of faith-based organizations. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing tailored, mission-aligned coverage that empowers ministries to focus on their calling with confidence and clarity.

This role offers the rare opportunity to experience the energy and innovation of a start-up including building a sales strategy, team, and market presence from the ground up, while being backed by the stability, resources, and reputation of a well-established organization. You'll be a key architect in shaping the future of GuideStone's commercial insurance offerings, driving growth in a newly formed internal agency, and helping define how we engage with ministry partners in a changing insurance landscape.
