Pay rate : $19-23

What will you be doing?

Support patients and visitors with commonly asked questions including but not limited to grievances. Documentation for all inquiries. Provide a positive resolution.

Facilitate all communications from patient to staff members in a timely fashion. Provide data to all managers.

High School / GED Required
