Job description7+ years of experience in negotiating technology, SaaS, or commercial vendor agreements Experience in life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare technology preferred Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in R&D or clinical trials is desirable Strong understanding of privacy, data‑use, and regulatory considerations in the pharmaceutical sector Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support technology contracting and clinical trial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate SaaS contracts and MSAs with clinical trial vendors, focusing on AI-specific terms
- Ensure compliance of technology and vendor contracts with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate privacy and regulatory considerations related to AI in clinical trials
