40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 40

Shift Requirements : Days, 4x10

Float Requirements : Potential to float between Midtown / Gateway campus based on census

On Call / Call Back Requirements : Take call 2 days per week falling on Saturday / Sunday, 60-minute response. No overnight call for EP but they do work late about 30-35% of the time.

Weekend / Holiday Requirements : every third weekend / Holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : IN license and ARRT

Minimum Experience : MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE - MAJORITY EP SATURATION - 2 years experience

Charting Experience Required : prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements

Required Skillset : Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables (EP / Cath Lab), EP Lab experience (Device Implants such as Pacemakers, ICDs, etc and Ablation experience with CARTO, NAVX / Ensite. Medtronic Cryo and boston rhythmia preferred) and LAAO experience preferred GE MacLab / CardioLab preferred

Uniform info : will provide hospital scrubs

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
