We are looking a Production Operator in Batesville, MS. As a Production Operator in the Sewing Department , you’ll be responsible for operating sewing machines, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of finished products. This role includes setting up machines, inspecting materials, and performing various sewing and extrusion tasks to meet production standards. You'll work with a team to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency while keeping your workspace organized and tools in good condition. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work, this position provides the opportunity to develop your skills in a manufacturing setting!

We are looking candidates for our second shift – Monday to Thursday 4 : 15pm-2 : 30am, with overtime as needed Fridays and Saturdays.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $2,000 for new hires. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $15.00 an hour.
