Job description

Hey, join Mothership Talents GmbH in our exciting Influencer Marketing - Werkstudent (M / W / D) role and become part of an innovative team right in the heart of Cologne!

As a leading games marketing agency , we're all about driving excellence and creativity in the gaming industry. Here, you'll collaborate with top gaming brands and creators , learning the ropes from experts who've been setting trends across Europe and North America for over a decade.

We're looking for someone who's passionate about gaming and eager to dive into the world of influencer marketing. At Mothership, we believe in personal growth, teamwork, and empowerment , and we can't wait to see what you'll bring to the table.

Tasks

  • Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for blockbuster game launches.
  • Support the team in identifying and reaching out to gaming influencers and content creators.
  • Help in analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for partnerships with content creators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field in Germany.
  • Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with current trends in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
