The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in managing mission-critical systems. Experience in a SaaS environment, international infrastructure setup, and a strong background in 24 / 7 high-availability operations are essential. The role also requires expertise in IaC tools, Linux / Windows platforms, enterprise storage, MySQL, and network routing / switching. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with relevant certifications being a plus.
