Job description

Server

$12-18/hr including tips

The Pho Prime is hiring Server to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a growing restaurant with lots of opportunity for advancement, Pho Prime is a great place to grow your career.
Server Benefits:

Responsibilities for Server:
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
  • Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
  • Take orders and enter them into the ordering system
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Clear, properly clean, and reset tables between uses
  • Collect payment from guests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning before, during, and after shifts
  • Assist in training new team members as required
  • Anticipate guests’ needs to ensure an enjoyable dining experience

Qualifications for Server:
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and positive attitude toward guests and team members
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative
  • Confident and outgoing demeanor
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop, and lift a moderate weight
  • Be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Food service certificate
