Hourly +Travel Expenses

Credentialing : 4 weeks on average, will emergency credential for this situation Provider must have 3 supervisor references within the last year.

Start : ASAP - NOV 10

End : JAN 5

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8-5 PM in clinic + will be added to OR schedule

1 : 2 call schedule during the week (night call)

1 : 4 weekend call schedule (1 weekend / month)

Patient Volume : 30

Procedures : Bread and butter (no robotics)

EMR : Meditech

License : KY required

Certifications : Board Certified is required

Make sure to send a CV that has COMPLETE work history, and they must have 3 references within the last year in order to pass credentialing.

• NO malpractice, due to emergency credentialing (only can consider if there s a dismissed case)

Must have Flu vaccination. Covid can have religious or medical exemption, but not the flu.
