Monitor dozens of existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective action measures.

Create and maintain detailed integration specifications and mappings to support the integration life-cycle

Continuous Improvement

Work with business stakeholders and HR business partners to discuss challenges, identify solutions, and to build / implement solutions.

Partner with the Workday configuration team to ensure seamless E2E solutions are built / implemented.

Work cross functionally with engineers from other teams to build / sustain people data export needs to external systems.
