The Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic IT Technician to lead our efforts in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for support and maintenance of information technology systems and equipment within the facility. The ideal candidate is an innovative, data-driven leader with a passion for teamwork and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance production broadcast systems, error-proofing systems, printers and customer interface / communication (hardware & software), back up hardware and software for same systems.
• Support production in reducing / eliminating equipment and tooling downtime or scrap, utilizing good analytical methodologies.
• Identify and record problems relating to the product, process or system. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.
• Support departmental projects and Six Sigma activities.
• Monitor and enhance security systems.
