  • WHAT YOU WILL DO :

    As the Senior Office Specialist, you will play a vital support role to leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include :

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, coordinating key operational processes.
  • Manage and enter sales orders, pricing, and quotes in internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership (calendar, travel, correspondence).
  • Enter, approve, and track employee timecards for assigned teams.
  • Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, logistics, and related documentation.
  • Support project coordination and help track timelines, deliverables, and goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and communications.
  • Help build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • YOUR MUST HAVES :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
  • 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE :

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • OUR ENVIRONMENT :

    This position is primarily an office environment.

    Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs / day)

    Use of fingers and hands. Lift / Carry 10 lbs or less & push / pull 12 lbs or less.

    Frequently (role requires this activity from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5+ hrs / day)

    Stand, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach outward, squat / kneel, bend. Lift / Carry 11-50 lbs & push / pull 13-40 lbs.

    Occasional (role requires this activity up to 33% of the time (0 - 2.5+ hrs / day)

    Climb & crawl. Lift / Carry 51+ lbs & push / pull 41-100 lbs.
