Litigation Associate

Job Overview A respected law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its dynamic legal team. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to complex litigation matters, particularly within insurance or personal injury law, although direct experience in those areas is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented attorney ready to take ownership of cases and make court appearances while working collaboratively with senior legal professionals. Location Las Vegas, NV Duties Conduct legal research and analysis to support active litigation cases Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other related documents Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload independently Collaborate with partners on complex litigation strategies and execution Participate in strategic planning sessions and case evaluations Maintain effective communication with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and third parties Requirements 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience in a law firm setting Prior experience in insurance or personal injury law preferred, not required Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Demonstrated experience with depositions, motions, and court appearances High level of professionalism and sound legal judgment Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Strong academic record preferred Certifications Active admission to the Nevada State Bar Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong legal research and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently High level of organization and time management Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Commitment to community engagement and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
