Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Description

The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) Rover position with Cedar Creek Hospital :

• Is a clinical resource for unit staff during daily activities.
• Facilitates the admission and belonging process from the Intake Department, ambulance bay and to the designated unit.
• Completes nurse to nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicates with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Completes internal nursing assessments.
• Is competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Continually assesses and reassesses the patient's medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient's treatment plan.
• Works with both adult and adolescent population.

Hours

Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 12pm-12 : 30am. This position also includes an every third weekend rotation.
