The Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo-SUNY has two full-time positions : a Clinician Educator and an Academic Scholar for Assistant / Associate / Professor to serve at our major affiliated teaching hospitals and ambulatory settings. Contact us today to learn more. Clinician Educator : Clinical duties will vary based on the role and candidate's interests, including inpatient and outpatient care, consultations, and follow-ups. Responsibilities also include teaching students, training residents, and supervising ID fellows. Participation in clinical and / or translational research is encouraged. Academic Scholar : Candidates should have established funding or the potential to secure external funding. Clinical responsibilities will align with funding and the candidate's interests, including inpatient and outpatient care, consultations, and follow-ups.
