The Role

As an Asset Protection Specialist (APS), you're not just a security presence, you're the warm, welcoming face of the dispensary and a key part of creating an elevated, friendly, concierge-style experience for our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with others, maintaining physical readiness to act with urgency, and ensuring everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for.

This is not your traditional security role. It's a dynamic blend of hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership, designed to enhance both the customer journey and team member experience. The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and / or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
