About The Position

A Rhode Island hospital needs a child / adolescent inpatient psychiatrist. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, or similar hours. Call will be 4 to 5 weekends a year that will involve rounding and be paid extra, also 8 to 9 weekday nights per year that are phone-only and not paid extra. There will also be an opportunity for leadership over time. This is a great opportunity where there are many programs that cover all clinical populations and extensive levels of care that allow one's career to evolve without ever leaving the institution.

This employed position offers a compensation that will be based on experience. You will also receive relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, medic / dental / vision benefits, LTD and STD, 4 weeks of vacation, 5 days of CME and $3,5000 allowance, a 401(k) retirement plan with match, and malpractice with tail coverage.
