Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in our wholesale tire distribution business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the tire industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and coaching a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Growth :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team members’ progress.Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture.Customer & Account Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and fleet customers.Negotiate pricing and contracts with key clients.Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.Operational & Reporting Duties :
Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for upper management.Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins.Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Why Join Us?
