Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Location : Bridgeport, CT

Pay Rate : $40 / hour

Schedule : Full-time, school hours

Openings : Multiple positions available

Connected Health Care is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support students in Bridgeport, Connecticut for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity where you'll collaborate with licensed SLPs to provide critical communication support services to students across various grade levels.

Position Highlights :

Deliver direct therapy services under the supervision of an SLP

Assist with implementing IEP goals related to speech and language

Prepare materials and document student progress

Work with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth

Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements :

Active SLPA license in Connecticut (or eligibility by start date)

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for helping students succeed
