Responsibilities include assisting members and encouraging their involvement in private training, ensuring accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc. Sell training sessions, execute an effective prospecting strategy, and conduct guest tours. Achieve monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regard to fitness and supplements. Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. Alert the operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club and personally conduct a facility walk-through daily. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork.

Qualifications include in-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Current CPR / AED certification, high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of six months of related experience are required.
