LHH is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for a leading global manufacturer. This is a unique opportunity to shape the local HR function and grow into an HR Manager role. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs

Represent the company at job fairs and community events

Partner with safety teams and support night shift operations as needed

Ensure compliance with labor laws and drive HR strategy

Work closely with headquarters HR and local supervisors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Experience in a generalist or similar HR role

Spanish fluency is required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary up to $80,000 plus annual bonus

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
