- Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
- Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
- Brand new, state of the art Regional Cancer Center on hospital campus
- No inpatient oncology
- Tenured nursing and support staff, scribes
- 4-day work week
- Phone call only
- Provider can live in Champaign, if desired Compensation :
- 700K Salary
- 75K Sign on
- 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
- Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan - Completely independent from your contributions
Hospital contributes $35,000 per year for years 1-5
