About the Role

Our team creates innovative, customer-facing tools and features for Grok.com , focusing on user productivity and agent automation. We seek an experienced, adaptable software engineer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. Ideal candidates meet these minimum requirements :

• Expertise in a compiled language like Rust, C++, or Go (Rust or C++ preferred)
• Expertise in Python
• Experience designing reliable, horizontally scalable distributed systems
• Experience in API design
