Job Description

Occupational Therapist

Location : Westchester County and Surrounding Area, NY

Compensation : Up to $57 / hour, Contract Assignment

Employment Options : W-2 or 1099 - Choose what works best for you!

About the Role

We're seeking passionate Occupational Therapists dedicated to making an impact in patients' lives. In this role, you'll take on responsibilities evaluating and caring for patients while also participating in facility initiatives.

    • What You'll Do

  • Patient-Centered Care : Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans under physician orders. Deliver hands-on patient care and provide training for therapy staff.
  • Team Collaboration : Be a core part of our interdisciplinary team. Attend and participate in team and family meetings to align on patient goals and progress.
  • Professional Growth : Continue learning and advancing by attending continuing education programs.
  • Maintain Documentation & Billing : Keep precise and up-to-date patient and billing records daily.

    • About You

  • Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, active NY state license, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience & Skills : Competency in therapy techniques, tools, and federal / state healthcare standards.
