EquipmentShare is searching for a Regional Operator Training Manager for our Mountain West Region as it continues to grow.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Regional Operator Training Manager to be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling EquipmentShare's Operator Training & Certification Program in the Mountain West Region. This role will drive revenue growth, ensure high-quality training delivery, and expand offerings to meet customer demand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operator training business plan, achieving a minimum of 1,000 trainees in year one.Conduct and oversee MEWP and telehandler / forklift training sessions, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards.
• Work with EquipmentShare sales teams to promote training services and drive customer enrollment.
• Build partnerships with industry organizations, trade schools, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage on-site training programs at customer locations, optimizing scheduling and logistics.
• Track key performance metrics, including revenue, customer feedback, and conversion rates.
• Expand training offerings to include additional certifications based on market demand.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all training sessions.
