Job description

Physical Therapist (DPT) - Full Time

M-F / Day Shift

  • Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | New Grads Encouraged to Apply!

MLR is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Southwestern Vermont. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care, develop personalized treatment plans, and work closely with patients to help them regain mobility and function.

Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications for a Physical Therapist :

  • Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT required for new grads).
  • Epic experience needed.
  • Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Vermont or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
