Leading law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Office Services Assistant. Ideal candidate will be proactive and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include copy center duties (scanning, binding, high volume printing, etc.); mail handling; setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and inspecting conference rooms and office spaces; assisting with office moves; putting up artwork and other items; facilities related duties; moving boxes and supplies; stocking pantries; backup receptionist and other duties as assigned. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general business technology, batch printing and document capture software required. Qualified candidates will have solid experience in office services at a law firm or at a professional services company. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent quality control of work product and maintaining efficient workflow.
