Super Care Appliance Repair is looking for long term candidates to join their team.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for quality service of residential appliances in the Twin Cities East Metro Area. If you enjoy problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on work, this may be the position for you!

Pay : $ 60-90k / year

  • Specific Responsibilities :

  • Accurately diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens)
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and / or payment for work performed.
  • Ensure the efficient use and maintenance of company materials, equipment, and vehicle.
  • Physical Demands :

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear. Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.

    Job Requirements :

  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Can speak, read, and write clearly in the English language
  • Can work at least 5 days per week
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong work ethic

  • Professional appearance and presence
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Preferred skills / characteristics :

  • 1 year of experience in related in a related industry : Electrician, HVAC, Auto mechanics, Plumbing
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams / schematics
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working with water, gas, and electrical connections.
  • Strong mechanical ability (using tools, and disassembling equipment)
  • Can proficiently use a voltmeter.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing related equipment.
  • Strong understanding of basic electrical principals
  • Can navigate tablet / smart phone-based to a high standard.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
