Position Summary :

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice across multiple inpatient units. Demonstrates flexibility to float where needed and collaborate with interprofessional teams to support safe, high-quality care.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience : 1- 2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2- 4 years critical care experience preferred. License : Current RN license in state of practice. Certifications : BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred. Skills : Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand). Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
