Project Accountant – Tempe, AZ

Salary : $57,000–$65,000

Schedule : Hybrid | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage AIA billing for multiple active projects
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Perform account reconciliations and support monthly close
  • Assist with reporting and financial documentation

    • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on AIA billing experience
  • 2+ years in construction project accounting with AR / collections focus
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Familiarity with Spectrum software is highly preferred
  • Subcontractor experience a huge plus!
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

    • Pay Details : $57, to $65, per year
