Join our team and drive Business Development to help revolutionize clinical research growth in a Fortune 1 environment. You will work on-site in Bentonville, AR and report to the Senior Director of Business Development.

Our team operates at the intersection of healthcare and retail, focusing on developing groundbreaking research operations. By integrating clinical research into Walmart's ecosystem, we aim to enhance healthcare outcomes and support Walmart Health & Wellness strategic direction.

What you'll do :

• Lead end-to-end sales efforts and manage the complete deal lifecycle for assigned accounts, including both prospecting for new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
• Oversee the proposal and contracting processes to secure project funding and team resources.
• Work closely with the Inside Sales and Sales Operations team to prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Ensure effective partnership and communication with internal and external stakeholders within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Monitor and communicate project budgets, timelines, and scope changes to all partners, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
• Maintain a detailed and updated sales pipeline for assigned accounts within the company CRM system.
• Uphold the company's high standards of ethics and integrity across all business practices and initiatives.

The minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related area and 15 years' experience in global matrix drug development research and operational strategies. Prior work experience in project / program management, including risk assessment, timeline and budget management, and contingency planning. Prior work experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
